Associate Director - Business Operations

Bio:

Soza Rashid is the Associate Director of the Pangea Resourcing Group organizing and overseeing the daily operations of our company. Her role ensures that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing our admin and support teams as well as working closely with our Senior Directors and sales leaders.

Having successfully managed Pangea Resourcing’s ISO9001 Quality Management accreditation as well as VCU stands for Safety and Health, Soza’s wide range of operational knowledge enables her to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

In 2022, Soza also successfully opened our UAE business in Dubai ( Pangea PMP International DMCC) and is currently working with our teams to ensure the most efficient business operations complying with the regulations of DMCC.
