Bio:

Kiera O’Reilly is a Lead Partner and heads up our Energy and Infrastructure Investment team globally. Kiera has more than 6 years of recruitment experience specialised within the energy sector and has partnered with some of the leading investors, advisors, manufacturers, developers and operators in the industry across Europe on their searches for the very best investment, asset management, technical, commercial and financial professionals to join their organisations.

Prior to joining Pangea Talent Solutions, Kiera spent 2.5 years at another global energy recruitment agency where she specialised in the European renewables energy market, as well as 3 years in Business Development positions in the Media and FMCG industries.

Kiera is extremely passionate about making an impact on the planet and financing the global energy transition.
