Senior Talent Manager

Bio:

Currently a Senior talent manager responsible for recruiting across all of our offices . I focus on all experience levels, hiring both our sales and non-sales roles. I joined recruitment because I wanted a role where I can work with people, I really enjoy internal recruitment because I get to work with lots of different teams and departments and watch the business grow over a long period of time.
 

Experience:

  • 3 years of recruitment experience, 2 years working as a consultant in the financial industry, then 1 year in internal recruitment.
  • Prior to that I was a student so I joined recruitment straight out of uni. I studied International Relations and History.

    Hobbies/Interesting Fact:

  • I play piano and cello and sing, I’m also fluent in Spanish.
