Investment Vice President/Director – Core Infrastructure

Pangea Talent Solutions is partnered with a leading mid-market core infrastructure investor who is looking for competent, entrepreneurial, and passionate VPs and Directors to join the team. The lean team invests across the UK & and Europe in a broad range of sectors, including Renewables, Social Infrastructure, Transport, and more. With more than 4bn AUM and a strong pipeline, the team is hiring at all levels. This represents a rare senior-level opportunity in the Infrastructure buy-side space!

The Role

  • Identifying opportunities consistent with strategy and leading, or playing a major role, in executing direct investment opportunities.
  • Being the primary point of contact for due diligence workstreams and execution workstreams when pursuing a new investment.
  • Developing investment valuation analysis and framework to assist the team in understanding the value and associated risk of an investment and debating the appropriate price to pay for it.

    • The Candidate

  • 6 years or more of full-time experience at a leading investment bank or private equity firm within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong exposure to M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) background.
  • Exposure to the infrastructure sector, preferably from a core/mid-market perspective.
  • Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Close attention to detail along with strong presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
