Continuing from the fantastic team growth Pangea saw in 2022, we are kicking off the New Year by continuing to hire individuals for our London office.
We are currently looking for an exceptional delivery consultant to work alongside our leadership team in servicing talent solutions for leading clients in the energy sector.
With over 12 years experience in the industry, joining Pangea will place you at the heart of the energy transition working internationally as we grow our presence across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The industry is continuing to grow and expand, so there’s no shortage of opportunities to progress.
This will be the ideal opportunity for someone with 6 months + of experience who is looking to build their career in 180 recruitment, either coming from a current 180/account executive background or someone with 360 experience who is looking to specialise in the candidate side of the market.

Responsibilities:
- Understand new mandates from leading energy clients
- Sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for current opportunities
- Managing the interview process
- Managing the offer process including negotiation, acceptance and signing
- Building out a network within your market vertical
- Research to understand the relevant trends within your market vertical
