VP of Development - Wind, Solar, BESS

My client is transforming the U.S. energy landscape - developing, owning, and operating large-scale low-emission power projects. With 16.5 GW of generation developed across 28 states and 8,000+ MW under active management, they’re a true industry leader!

They’re growing their executive team and seeking a VP of Development to lead utility-scale Wind, Solar, and BESS projects.

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead major renewable projects from inception to execution
- Oversee regulatory, financing, and development processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic growth
- Manage and mentor a team of 5

Requirements 
- 8+ years of experience across renewable project development
- Boston Based, 3 days a week in office
- Leadership experience
