Senior Manager of Development

Managing a diverse portfolio worth over $750 billion, it focuses on sustainable investments, particularly in renewable energy. With operations in more than 30 countries, the firm leverages its expertise to create long-term value for investors while promoting growth and innovation across various sectors.

They are now looking for a Senior Manager of Development to manage their utility scale solar projects, overseeing land acquisition, permitting, design, and financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development from land acquisition to financing
• Managing a team of 4
• Manage budgets, risks, and timelines
• Support origination and construction efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in onshore wind project development
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
