Project Development Manager

Our client is a leader in the U.S. clean energy sector, focussed on renewable projects in wind, solar, and battery storage. They are committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 and are growing their portfolio with large-scale onshore wind farms, particularly in Texas and the Midwest.

The Role:
We're looking for a Project Development Manager to lead onshore wind projects in the Eastern U.S., from initial planning to construction. You’ll negotiate land agreements, secure permits, build strong relationships with communities, and work closely with internal teams to bring projects to life.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onshore wind projects from identification to construction
• Secure land rights, permits, and local agreements for project success
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, finance, and execute projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communities

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in project development, preferably in renewable energy
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel regularly, including trips to Houston
