Products Trader

We are partnered with an entrepreneurial commodity trade shop that is looking for a self-starting financial trader who has coverage and experience across North American light ends trading market. This trader will be an instrumental addition to the team allowing for expanded scope and increased coverage of a dynamic market with continuing volatility and promise of returns.

You will:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the North American light ends market 
• Express market view/taking risk via speculative derivative instruments
• Maximize trading revenue by taking advantage of market understanding
• Establish market views and positions to extract discretionary value from the market
• negotiate term and spot contracts

You need:

• Minimum three (3) years of hands on trading experience in light ends trading
• Experience operating in a very independent environment with little oversight
• Excellent understanding of the light ends speculative market 
• Track record of developing speculative strategies with minimum 8x return on VAR
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and nimble mindset
