Land Acquisition Manager

My client is a prominent renewable energy firm in Germany, developing utility-scale solar (15-100 MW) and transforming underutilised land into high-performing PV systems. With 80+ projects in development and 28 under construction, they are driving the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire land for solar projects
• Negotiate leases and easements with landowners
• Ensure zoning and permitting compliance
• Manage due diligence and assessments

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in land acquisition for energy projects
• Strong negotiation & project management skills
• Knowledge of zoning laws & permitting
• Fluent in German (mandatory)
