- Drive sales efforts for a range of water treatment solutions, including advanced filtration, membrane technologies, and evaporation systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for order bookings and profitability.
- Identify and expand business opportunities by building relationships with engineers, EPC contractors, and end-users in key industrial sectors.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to contract negotiations and final closure.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to showcase products and stay connected with industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate ideas for campaigns, product promotion, and market positioning.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to track progress and results.
- Leverage a global network to collaborate on best practices and manage key accounts across different regions.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in sales and application of industrial water treatment systems, with a focus on capital equipment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies. Experience with applications like ingredient water, ultra-pure water, boiler makeup, cooling tower, and intake water treatment is a plus.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven success in generating, managing, and closing complex sales opportunities in a B2B environment, including contract negotiations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver effective presentations.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of purchasing processes, decision-making protocols, and key drivers in the industrial market.
- Travel: Willing to travel up to 20-25% for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
