We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Long Term Service Agreements to join our client, working towards a sustainable future. In this role, you will have direct customer interactions and be responsible for agreement sales opportunities in key European markets.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Long Term Service Agreements to join our client, working towards a sustainable future. In this role, you will have direct customer interactions and be responsible for agreement sales opportunities in key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to secure new LTSA contracts
- Collaborate with Solution Sales Leads, Sales Engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Support Solution Sales teams with LTSA-related technical and commercial matters
- Take ownership of LTSA pricing strategies, risk evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with company contracting policies and secure optimal contract terms
- Manage and report LTSA opportunities accurately within CRM (Salesforce)
- Drive the development of competitive LTSA offerings in alignment with market demands
- Ensure seamless handover of all commercial and technical aspects to the agreement management team
- Promote and embody company values, fostering collaboration across teams
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or service operations in energy services or capital industrial assets
- Proven track record in negotiating and securing LTSA contracts
- Strong contractual and risk management expertise
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, especially in cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of the energy storage business, market trends, and solutions
- Commercial acumen with a structured and strategic approach to business development
- Results-driven mindset with strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and build an inclusive team culture
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
- Successful project sales with end-to-end profitability
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Engagement and effectiveness within the sales team
