About the Role
Are you an experienced professional with a strong track record in negotiating and contracting Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) within the Renewable Energy, Energy Storage (BESS), or Large Utility sectors? We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Long Term Service Agreements to join our client, working towards a sustainable future. In this role, you will have direct customer interactions and be responsible for agreement sales opportunities in key European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to secure new LTSA contracts
  • Collaborate with Solution Sales Leads, Sales Engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support Solution Sales teams with LTSA-related technical and commercial matters
  • Take ownership of LTSA pricing strategies, risk evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with company contracting policies and secure optimal contract terms
  • Manage and report LTSA opportunities accurately within CRM (Salesforce)
  • Drive the development of competitive LTSA offerings in alignment with market demands
  • Ensure seamless handover of all commercial and technical aspects to the agreement management team
  • Promote and embody company values, fostering collaboration across teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or service operations in energy services or capital industrial assets
  • Proven track record in negotiating and securing LTSA contracts
  • Strong contractual and risk management expertise
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, especially in cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the energy storage business, market trends, and solutions
  • Commercial acumen with a structured and strategic approach to business development
  • Results-driven mindset with strong planning and execution skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build an inclusive team culture
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
