We are currently recruiting for a Treasury & Finance AI Enablement Analyst to help embed AI into core Treasury and FP&A workflows. This role focuses on turning well‑defined finance processes into structured, reliable AI agents and automated workflows using a proprietary agentic AI platform.
This is a prompt‑engineering and AI‑workflow role, ideal for someone with Treasury, FP&A, Trading Finance, or Finance Systems experience who wants to modernise finance operations through applied AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Treasury and FP&A teams to deliver AI‑enabled reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Translate business requirements into structured AI agent workflows, prompts, and evaluation logic.
- Build and refine agents for: liquidity analysis, cash flow forecasting, debt reporting, variance analysis, and executive summaries.
- Improve prompt design and agent logic to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance alignment.
- Automate recurring workflows tied to close cycles, forecast updates, and Treasury reporting.
- Test, validate, and document AI outputs to ensure reliability and adoption.
Required skills
- 2–4 years in Treasury, FP&A, Trading Finance, or Finance Systems.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity concepts, forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel and comfort with structured financial data.
- Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or similar.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation.
- Exposure to treasury systems, ERPs, or consolidation tools.
- Experience automating finance processes.
- Python or scripting for analytics (optional).
- Hands‑on experimentation with GPTs or structured AI workflows.
