About the Role
Pangea is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team of an established LNG player, based in London.
As part of global LNG team, you will have an important role to play in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents - including LNG agreements, NDAs, MOUs, ISDAs, and charter parties - while providing strategic legal advice to support commercial decisions and mitigate risk.
You will liaise with internal teams, clients, and external advisors, support the development of standard contracts, and educate team members on contract fundamentals. The role also includes managing regulatory reviews and legal disputes, working closely with internal and external counsel to resolve conflicts and safeguard company interests.
